YUUUUMMM, they've got sweet and trinkets, Even saw some bottles of wine in the back. Definitely recommend if you're on a long drive and need a quick break to stop. It was a great refresher for us. ”
“ Pretty slick coffee place in the town of Cle Elum. The place has simple live music and nice vibes ! Good coffee but friends dropped the drinks so that was sad. Couldn't get much to drink. But looking at other happy faces, I am sure coffee would have been great. ”

We enjoyed relaxing in the comfy chairs and soaking in the atmosphere while sipping away at our coffee. My husband was thrilled that they had actual drip coffee! Our son had a latte and apple fritter while he rocked in the comfy chair he now wants for his room. Our daughter had a white chocolate macadamia nut latte and a croissant, and I really liked the Mexican Latte. Each latte was full and had a great foam topped with a design. We will definitely be back when we venture over the pass again. ”

“ We had so many wonderful experiences at Pioneer Coffee last week during our vacation to Cle Elum! This was definitely my favorite coffee shop of the 5 we tried! Their house special, Mexican Mocha was delicious! I was so happy to find that I could purchase a bag to take back to Texas! The staff worked with me to get down my perfect cold brew latte - something different from their usual! I also drank a lot of their passion fruit black tea & it made the most amazing Arnold Palmer! I have nothing but raving reviews for the products, the experience & the service. The baristas were so friendly. I can’t recommend enough! ”
“ Open since 2001 in historic downtown Cle Elum, Pioneer Coffee Roasting Company is a local hangout that’s known for great coffee. On 5/18/24, while on my way back to Boise, I made a quick stop. I ordered a 16 ounce Iced Latte. Smooth and creamy, it was the best I’ve had in years. Pioneer Coffee Roasting Company has a great in-house bakery, and they carry Cascade Glacier ice cream. They also have a nice selection of gifts, Washington craft beer, and wine. Highly Recommended!!! ”
“ Super cute shop with an impressive selection of delicious looking baked goods. It was almost 5 pm by the time we arrived and there was still such a big variety. We tried a blackberry lemon scone, a lemon bar and a molasses cookie as well as iced lattes... All very good and very reasonably priced. ”

Our coffee server was kind and patient helping me decide what drink to select, especially that it ended being “off menu.” Please is really cool to walk around as it is also a shop with all tops of things from gourmet cookies, to toys, sodas, to bottle of wine. Worth sitting down and enjoying your coffee. *Hot tip - next door on the comer is the neatest our door shop I can’t find the name for the life of me. It a MUST check out and you can walk around and explore with your coffee. ”
